We believe in treating ourselves, each other, and the planet with care and respect. With roots as one of Wisconsin’s first Aveda Concept Salons, Edgeless Beauty Group grew out of deep appreciation of and care for the world we live in.
In 2021, Neroli Salons & Spas and our Milwaukee & Madison Aveda Institute campuses diverted 9,269 pounds of solid waste and 644 pounds of liquid waste from landfills & waterways by donating hair clippings, empty product containers and packaging, and excess color solutions and foils to Green Circle.
Since 2018, our recycled hair clippings have been used to research and develop new environmental technology, excess color has been turned into clean energy, recycled single-use items have created renewable energy, and so on. You can learn more about Green Circle Salons and their initiatives here.

During the month of April, we celebrate Earth Month by raising money for local and global non-profit organizations that better our planet and communities.
In 2022, we are well on our way to raising $30,000 to award multiple Milwaukee Public School classrooms the opportunity to participate in a year-long Neighborhood Environmental Education Program, which includes 24 field trips to the Urban Ecology Center (UEC) as well as in-classroom curriculum support from UEC educators.
October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, and each year we dedicate October to fundraising for local and global non-profit organizations that provide resources, financial support and comfort to the millions of individuals who are impacted by a breast cancer diagnosis.
In 2021, we raised $5,887 for our local non-profit partner, ABCD: After Breast Cancer Diagnosis. ABCD works to pair professionally trained mentors who are also breast cancer survivors with patients and their families to provide personalized support. In addition to their mentorship program, ABCD connects patients with trusted sources to gather further treatment plan and diagnosis information, appearance assistance and work-life balance support.
